Leanne Pastore is a recent Magna Cum Laude graduate of Stony Brook University’s School of Communication and Journalism, where she built upon the foundation she gained in Suffolk County Community College’s Journalism Program.
At 25, feeling unfulfilled in a job that had reached a dead end during the COVID-19 pandemic, she decided to finally pursue her long-held dream of gaining a higher education. She is equally drawn to the energy of broadcasting and on-camera roles, eager to bring stories to life and communicate directly with viewers.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Leanne’s creative spirit finds expression in a variety of pursuits. She is a passionate poet, driven by the exploration of language and emotion through verse. Complementing this, her dedication to photography allows her to capture the world’s beauty and transient moments through a unique lens.
